Then private classes are perfect for you. We will start where you are at and give you movements to try that will build both flexibility and mobility.
Everyone has to start somewhere. You will be amazed at how quickly your body responds if you practice just a little bit every day.
How do I schedule my Yoga class?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I book a Yoga class more than once?
Absolutely! This is an introductory session. If you find that you want another class, simply purchase it again. Or if you would like to schedule regular classes, simply purchase a multiple session package.
